Is a deposit required?

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals.

This protects the equipment and will be returned once items are returned in good working condition.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. Delivery is available within London areas (subject to availability and an additional fee outside London ).

Otherwise, collection and return will be arranged.

What equipment do you provide?

We currently offer a selection of professional lighting kits and studio tools (with more equipment being added soon). Example gear includes:

How do I book a rental?

To book:

  1. Submit an enquiry via our contact page or DM

  2. Receive availability confirmation & pricing

  3. Complete payment and agreement form

  4. Collect equipment or schedule delivery (if available)

What is the cost of renting?

Our pricing begins from as low as £5 

  • And leading up to £30 per hour (minimum bookings and package applies)

  • Flat rate for a day, weekend, and weekly rates available

Final pricing depends on equipment type, rental duration, and add-ons requested.

What identification do I need?

For security, renters must provide:

  • A valid government-issued ID

  • Proof of address (if required)

Business clients may be required to provide company details.

Do I need experience to rent the equipment?

No prior experience is required.

We provide a quick equipment walkthrough on request, and we also offer an optional setup support and filming as add-ons.

What happens if I damage the equipment?

You are responsible for the equipment during your rental period.

If damaged, repair or replacement fees will apply according to our rental agreement.

We encourage customers to handle equipment carefully and use protective bags/cases provided

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Cancellations made 48 hours before the booking may be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations after that period may incur a fee.

What if I return equipment late?

A late fee will apply for overdue returns. But an extension of 1 hour is added to your selected duration (valid for hourly rates)  without a fee to meet up with the return deadline.

We recommend returning equipment on time to avoid extra charges and ensure availability for other clients..

Can I extend my rental time?

Yes, subject to availability.

Contact us as early as possible to request an extension.

Do you offer on-site assistance?

Yes, we offer optional setup and support services for an additional fee.

This ensures smooth lighting setup and optimal performance during your shoot.
